  • To introduce participants to the Farm to Fork Strategy and the notion of a sustainable food system;   

  • To reflect on personal values towards the transition and the dilemma between short-term losses and long-term benefits; 

  • To formulate a shared vision and understanding of a sustainable food system in terms of “Ethics & Responsibility” competence
